Things should slow down slightly, as I begin a role at work next week as Communications Manager. For the last nine or 10 months, I've had a split role - fundraising and communications. Effective September 4, I officially am only communications, so I hope to have more time to breathe and blog.
Landon remains adorable. In fact, I'm pretty certain that his cuteness factor increased exponentially since my last post. Hard to believe, I know, but it's an observation based in fact.
His antics are getting cuter and cuter as well. Earlier this week, Landon was dining on some turkey breast, fruit and bread. I turned around for a second, and when I looked back, his turkey was gone. There was no way he ate it that fast, because he was jabbering the whole time my back was turned. It turns out that he needed a place to hold his turkey while he talked. And apparently his head was just right:
It must be exhausting to be that cute, because he fell asleep in his highchair right after I took the turkey off his head. I'll post the video as soon as it makes it from my phone to my inbox.
Finally, last night Landon stole my phone and took some pictures himself. I have to admit, the boy has pretty cute toes!
